Our Story
Each farm has a unique story, and ours is also special.
Simply Fresh Organic Farms is born out of a dream of our owners to want to see the fertile soils of Indonesia producing good and nutritious food to feed the people of Indonesia.
We believe that farming responsibly needs to be the backbone of this nation.
It is important for the young generations of Indonesian to get his or her hands dirty to build this country and for us, our contribution is through providing fresh organic produces.
Meet Our Owners
Hence Toeante, M. Eng is an industrial engineer with the heart of a farmer. He believes strongly in creating a sustainable farming industry through balancing the old fashioned way of farming and cutting edge technology. Efficiency is his favorite word. Everything needs to be streamlined, efficient and effective. He is the chief operator of our farming operations, he makes sure that the farms run smoothly and efficiently. And all our products are delivered fresh and in a timely manner.
Ellen Victor Toeante,M. Sc. is a microbiologist, her heart is always in research and development. She is always fascinated with newer technology to make farming organically easier, especially those techniques that involve using microbes. She is also a wonderful chef for her family and friends, the variety of products that we have in Simply Fresh is mainly her doing. She takes care of finance, product development and research.

We are a family operated farm committed to promote sustainability on many areas. From caring for the environment and taking good care of the land we farm on, to improving the lives of our partnering farmers through stable employment.
We persevere to be good stewards of the lands so that this generation and the generations to come may continue to enjoy the healthy and nutritious vegetables that we produce.
We have been producing organic vegetables since 2008, and we are now farming on more than 15 hectares of certified organic lands.

Our Beliefs
Our farms location are ranging from 300 m above sea level to 1,200 m above sea level, in order to achieve optimum growth for each type of vegetables. We are farming on more than 15 hectares of land. Each farm is certified organically by inofice, a prestigious government appointed certification agency.
